Where we
started.
HR running welfare on Excel and email. Fifteen different providers, each with its own export format. SDI invoicing rebuilt by hand, local donations tracked on parallel spreadsheets. A corporate program, a cottage-industry process.
The challenge
Unify welfare management across 15+ heterogeneous providers — meal vouchers, training, healthcare, mobility — under one platform. SDI e-invoicing generated natively from the flow. Local donations tracked in a compliant way. Five different actors (HR, employee, provider, merchant, municipality), each with its own view.
Our approach
One platform with a standardized integration for each provider — each one speaks its own language, we translate behind a single API. SDI generated automatically from the issuance flow, not as a follow-up step. Five views, one underlying economy: the same voucher moves through company, employee, shop, invoice and report without ever changing identity.
