The software
holding you back
isn't inevitable.
Since 2016, one team has carried every project from problem to production.
Management platforms, web apps, mobile, integrations — built to last.
Four disciplines,
one practice.
From strategy to the line of code in production. One team follows the project start to finish: the people who design it build it, and the people who build it stay with you for years.

Custom
software
Management platforms, custom ERP, mission-critical systems built to last for years.

Web &
product
Web apps, dashboards, SaaS products. Automated tests, peer code review, demos every week.

Mobile
iOS & Android
Native and cross-platform apps. Publishing, maintenance, growth — smooth even after OS updates.

Cloud, data
& AI
Cloud-native infrastructure, data pipelines, model integrations. AI where it improves the product, not as decoration.
We don't build brochure sites. No off-the-shelf products to reconfigure, no body rental, no reselling other people's hours, no one-size-fits-all software built to please everyone.
A selection
of recent projects.
Five recent public case studies. Higher education, corporate welfare, workplace wellbeing, teaching lab booking and medical platforms. Each one started from a system holding the business back — hours lost reconciling providers, bookings managed by email, clinical scores calculated by hand — and the hidden cost of putting it off.
The method is
the product.
Great software isn't born from a flash of insight, but from a steady rhythm — the same one, every time. Over the years we've learned one thing: how you work together matters more than what you decide on day one. Ideas evolve, markets change, the method is what holds everything together — and protects your investment.

Every project starts here.Fig. 01 — Zeus Studio, planning surface
No surprises.
No walls between teams.
No cold handoffs.
Our four phases talk to each other: design starts while discovery is still wrapping up, development begins while design is still alive, support starts the first day the product goes live. The people stay the same from start to finish — whoever designs it builds it, whoever builds it stays with you for years.
Prove it,
don't promise it.
Every important decision becomes something you can see and touch. If we don't know, we say so — and find the fastest way to find out, together.
Decide
close to the work.
Decisions are made by whoever is closest to the problem. No decisions handed down from above, no endless meetings — what you get is a team that takes ownership.
Leave
a clear trail.
Everything we do is documented so it stays yours. Even years from now, even if the team changes: the product belongs to whoever uses it — and always will.
Tools we choose,
not collect.
We adopt a technology only after taking it to production on an internal project. Here's the stack we trust today.
What we
guarantee.
Two explicit commitments, written here because we want them easy to remember and easy to hold us to. They reduce risk before you sign and throughout the project.
Interactive mockup
and analysis,
before development.
You approve development only after seeing and touching the product. The first step is a deliverable in its own right: a clickable prototype and an analysis document with scope, risks and a detailed estimate.
Paid separately, at a modest cost. If you proceed, the amount is deducted 100% from the development quote. If you don't, the material is still yours — usable for pitches, board decks, letters of intent, fundraising.
Whoever designs it builds it,
whoever builds it
stays with you for years.
No cold handoffs, no "a different team takes over now," no account manager who doesn't know what you're talking about. The people you meet at the first call are the same ones you'll be messaging on Slack three years from now.
Most of our clients are still with us years after the first project. Same technical contacts from analysis through maintenance.
Is a system slowing down
the work you do every day?
Send us a couple of lines about the problem. Within 48 hours you'll get an initial technical response and a sense of next steps — free, no strings attached. No forms, no salespeople in between.
